There are inherent risks associated with tuning a vehicle beyond its rated performance envelop and the vehicle owner noted herein accepts any and all responsibility associated with modifying the car noted below.
The vehicle owner will hold harmless and indemnify Eurocharged Performance and it’s Directors against any and all claims and actions arising out of the participation of applying a performance TCU program to:
